Do you sell new or refurbished laptops?
Both. Every product page states the condition of the item. New machines are unused and sealed. Refurbished machines are pre-owned business laptops that have been inspected and tested before being listed.
What does “refurbished” actually mean?
It means the laptop has had a previous owner, usually a company. Before we list it, the machine is checked and tested. Cosmetic condition varies between units and light marks from previous use are normal. If the exact condition of a particular unit matters to you, contact us and we can send photographs of the one in stock. Call or WhatsApp 0725 513 587.
Is a refurbished laptop a good idea for me?
For office work, study, browsing and video calls, a refurbished business laptop usually gives you a better processor, screen and build quality than a new budget machine at the same price. If you need the latest processor generation, a long battery life out of the box, or a manufacturer warranty, a new laptop is the better choice.
Do your laptops come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage is stated on each product page and on your receipt, and differs between new and refurbished stock. See our Warranty Policy for what is covered and how to make a claim.
How much RAM do I need?
8GB is enough for documents, email, browsing and video calls. 16GB is the comfortable choice if you keep many browser tabs open, work with large spreadsheets, run virtual machines or edit photos. 32GB is for video editing, 3D work and heavy development. Many of the business laptops we stock can be upgraded later.
What is the difference between Core i5 and Core i7?
An i7 generally has more cores and higher clock speeds than an i5 of the same generation, which helps with sustained heavy work. For most office and study use the difference you actually feel comes from RAM and an SSD, not from the i5-to-i7 step. The processor generation matters more than the number: a newer i5 often outperforms an older i7.
Do the laptops come with Windows installed?
Yes, most laptops come with windows but we can install linux and ubuntu kernels at the customers requests.
Can I upgrade the RAM or storage later?
On most of the business laptops we stock, yes. Some thin-and-light models have memory soldered to the board and only the storage can be changed. Ask us about a specific model before you buy, and we stock RAM and SSD upgrades in our accessories range.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver across Kenya. Timeframes and charges are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I collect my order from your shop?
Yes. We are at Iconic Business Plaza, 1st Floor, Shop F8, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect — bring your order number and an ID.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return a laptop if I change my mind?
Within the window set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately and at our cost.
Do you buy used laptops or take trade-ins?
Currently we do not buy or trade in used laptops.

How do I know which laptop is right for me?
