You can collect from Iconic Business Plaza, 1st Floor, Shop F8, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya. We will call or message you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and an ID.
Order processing
Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed after our daily cut-off, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed the next working day. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you before dispatching the rest of your order.
Tracking your order
We will send you dispatch details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. If you have not heard from us within
the expected timeframe, call or WhatsApp 0725 513 587 with your order number.
Delivery addresses
Please give a precise physical address and a phone number that will be answered on the day of
delivery. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If a delivery fails because nobody is reachable at the
address, a second delivery attempt may be chargeable.
Checking your order on arrival
Inspect the package before you accept it. If the box is visibly damaged, note this with the
courier or rider and contact us the same day. For items that are damaged in transit or incorrect, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
