and the items you buy.

handled by our payment providers, who process this data under their own terms.

addresses, order history and wishlist.
Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or the contact
form, including any details you share about a fault or return.
Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and
referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
To process, deliver and invoice your orders.
To handle warranty claims, returns, repairs and customer support.
To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
To improve the website and understand which products people are looking for.
To send you marketing messages, where you have asked to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling an order), to comply with
legal obligations (tax records), on the basis of your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies),
and for our legitimate interests in running and securing the business (fraud prevention, service
improvement).
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with parties who need it to deliver our service:
Delivery and courier companies, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address.
Payment processors, who handle the payment itself.
Our website, hosting and analytics providers.
Manufacturers or authorised service centres, where a warranty claim requires it.
Government bodies, where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for the period required by Kenyan tax law. Account data is kept
for as long as your account is open. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to be informed about how your data is
used, to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to
processing, to ask for deletion where there is no legal reason for us to keep it, and to withdraw
consent for marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will
respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a
complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but
we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.

Our website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from
children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
